Excellent service and a great attitude. The owner has hands-on knowledge with the cars in terms of operation and maintenance. He was far more helpful than a typical salesman who doesn't even look under the hood. His insight is a far cry from some salesmen who merely read the selling points of a vehicle in order to repeat them to a customer. He was transparent regarding any concern I had and it was easy to buy in confidence. After purchasing from him he continued the excellent service, making time for me and inspecting even my most minor concerns to assure that the car was in top shape. It was a relief to have such a straightforward car buying experience.

I bought a great little Honda car from Rob. He stayed late on Sunday night when they were not even open to help me out. He explained everything about the car and showed me a few other cars in my price range, and worked with me to get to my budget. I highly recommend them and will probably buy another car there when the time comes.

I did not end up purchasing a car from Rob, but I was looking at a car at his lot from 200 miles away and he facilitated getting the car to two different automotive shops in Bellingham for me for pre-purchase inspections, second one was a shop that specialized in the car. Great place to buy a car. Flexible with prices. Salesman knows about all his cars. He takes pride in his vehicles. If you are looking for a first car and want someone to tell you about the car you are looking at, he won't BS you. I recently was at a different dealership and test drove a car, the steering was popping and there was also a tree branch jammed under the car. I told the salesman and he said they would take it take it in the garage and look at it. I went back a week later and the car had not moved. They said they hadn't got to it yet. I guess they don't want to sale cars. Mummet Auto Sales is the place to go if you want someone to help you find the car you are looking for and knows the history of the car.
